Service Agreement for Dr. Mari's Workshops & Resources

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you, the participant ("Participant"), and Dr. Marisela Marquez, Dr. Mari Marquez, and Dr. Mari LLC ("Provider").

1. Purpose of Materials Programs, workshops, downloadable resources, and online services are designed specifically for individuals impacted by the death of a loved one. The goal is to support personal growth, development, and self-care through educational materials and community support. Materials aim to equip Participants with strategies for navigating grief while encouraging engagement in their personal development journey.

2. Educational Intent All materials and services provided by the Provider are strictly intended for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment for any mental health issues. The Participant acknowledges that these materials are not a substitute for licensed mental health support.

3. Limitation of Liability Participation is voluntary; Participants are solely responsible for their reactions and choices based on the information provided. In no event shall Dr. Marisela Marquez, Dr. Mari Marquez, or Dr. Mari LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of materials. Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes. The Participant waives all claims against the Provider for injuries or losses sustained as a result of participation.

4. No-Refund Policy All sales of products and services are final and non-refundable. As these purchases are an investment in the Participant's personal development, we encourage you to assess your readiness before purchasing. By finalizing a transaction, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

5. Mental Health Disclaimer The Provider explicitly states that they do not offer treatment or diagnosis of mental health issues. This Program is not a replacement for professional assistance. Participants are advised to seek guidance from licensed mental health professionals for individualized clinical support.

6. Indemnification The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Marisela Marquez, Dr. Mari Marquez, and Dr. Mari LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of participation in any materials or services.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property All content developed by Dr. Mari LLC is protected by copyright laws.

• Usage: Materials are for the sole use of the registered Participant.
• Restrictions: Content should not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written authorization.
• Access Control: Sharing login credentials is prohibited and may lead to exclusion from the Program.

8. Community Standards & Confidentiality The confidentiality of materials and personal experiences shared within group settings is paramount. Participants must refrain from disclosing proprietary information or the personal stories of other members to foster a safe environment.

9. Acceptance of Terms By participating in any workshop or using any materials, the Participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement. The Provider reserves the right to modify this Agreement as necessary.
